2018 Pinot Noir Landwein trocken "Vulkan", Baden, Germany

Firm and quite deep aroma of red and a little black berries with dried planty and floral nuances as well as nutty and mushroomy hints. Clear, firm, tart-juicy fruit, some acidity and fine, youthful tannin, nutty and again a little dried-floral flavours, a breath tobacco, spicy nuances, lasting, good depth, clear, chalky and rather salty minerality, a breath mushrooms and vegetal traces, some smoke and roasting in the background, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with softly iodine-meaty notes
