2015 Grauburgunder trocken Schatz vom Vulkan, Baden, Germany

Light nutty oak and light yeasty notes on the nose, partly candied citrus fruit and some stone fruit, delicate earthy and floral traces. Ripe, partly preserved, slightly warm sweetish, creamy fruit on the palate, delicate touch of oak, vegetal, yeasty and floral notes, lively, very elegant acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, fairly persistent, creamy with prominent high alcohol, not particularly deep, some sugar candy on a good alcoholic finish.
