Kompakte, eingemachte Kernobstfrucht, wiederum etwas Vanille und zarte Holzwürze, dazu ein wenig vegetabil und Anklänge an Pistazien, zart mineralisch im Hintergrund, passende Säure, hat Substanz und dabei Rafinesse, guter Abgang.
