Translate to English Holzwürziger Duft nach Honigmelone und Kürbis mit mineralischer Note. Saftige Frucht mit präsenter Mineralität und feingliedriger Säure, die restsüße bestens gekontert, nachhaltig am Gaumen, dicht und stoffig, der Alkohol sehr gut eingebunden, wenn er auch mit Luftzufuhr deutlicher wird, an Brioche erinnernde Noten, gute Länge. Kann reifen und wird in einigen Jahren einen perfekten Begleiter zu Fleischterrinen, Leber und sogar Hummer abgeben.
