Rather cool, somewhat nutty, vegetable to dried herbaceous and hinted mushroom nose with core and stone fruit notes, a touch of bacon and hinted tobacco. Slim, juicy fruit with a trace of beeswax and wild herbs, lively acidity, has some grip, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, in the background nutmeg and nuances reminiscent of blackcurrants, good finish with bite.
