Clear, very slightly smoky, rather black berry nose with a hint of Amarena cherries and nuances reminiscent of Provence herbs. Tart, dark fruit with slightly peppery and nutty aromas, crumbly, still youthful tannin, good substance and persistence, some bitter-chocolatey wood in the background, not too deep, chalky-mineral notes, very good, grippy and yet juicy finish.

Best to drink: 2022-2027+. What our ratings mean
