2018 trocken Blanc de Noir, Württemberg, Germany

Floral, herbaceous and light easty notes on the nose, red berries and some apple fruit, nutty and mineral notes in the background. Clear, straightforward, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty and yeasty notes, floral traces, hint of dried mushrooms in the background, light mineral notes, very slightly sweetish and creamy, but also has some grip on a good to very good finish.
