2017 Grauburgunder trocken HADES, Württemberg, Germany

Nutty nose, ripe, preserved pomaceous fruit and some stone fruit, touch of oak, earthy and vegetal traces. Ripe, fairly juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, fairly light nutty, spicy oak, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, salty notes and a very delicate hint of smoked bacon in the background, persistent, full-bodied, but also quite fresh, good substance and persistence, more salty mineral notes on a very good, firm, juicy, elegant, spicy finish.
