Nutty nose, partly dried vegetal and earthy notes, red berries, smoky traces, hint of mushrooms. Clear, fairly cool, tart fruit on the palate, reminiscent of mushrooms and root vegetables, light nutty, spicy oak, integrated tannins, fairly persistent, salty traces, hint of bacon, clear contours, good to very good finish. Much better than the sample tasted in spring.
