Translate to English Zart geröstet-nussiger, floraler und vegetabiler Duft nach teils leicht angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten und mürbem Kernobst mit erdigen Nuancen, roten Beeren und Joghurt. Leicht geschliffen im Mund, salzige, weiß-pfeffrige und blanchiert-nussige Aromen, erdige Beitöne, relativ präsente Säure, wieder Joghurttöne, noch wenig entwickelt, zart getreidige Anklänge, recht nachhaltig, guter Abgang mit Griff. Noch unsichere Prognose: gewinnt, sofern er die deutlich laktischen Töne vom biologischen Säureabbau loswerden kann.
