2015 Merlot trocken Hades, Württemberg, Germany

Light sooty and smoky notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, black and red berries, spicy, earthy and mineral notes. Fairly juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, smoky, slightly sooty oak, fine sandy tannins, still very slightly astringent, good persistence, hint of citrus fruit in the background, dried vegetal and herbaceous traces, some depth, very good finish.
