Light dried vegetal notes on the nose, earthy notes, light nutty and sooty notes, hint of bacon, partly preserved dark berries and cherries. Ripe preserved fruit on the palate, earthy notes, hint of bacon, integrated tannins, slight bitter touch, very creamy, noticeable high alcohol, jammy notes, some chocolate, good persistence, spicy, peppery traces, more alcohol, chocolate and jammy notes on the finish.
