Fest und kühl im Mund, trotz des recht hohen Alkohols, deutlich pflanzliche und auch erdige Noten, feine, recht präsente Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, vollkommen trockener Stil, gewisse Tiefe, hat Biss und Griff, mineralisch, sehr guter Abgang.
