Translate to English Ziemlich mineralischer Duft nach teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und mehr Kern- als Steinobst mit zart pflanzlichen Tönen. Im Mund feinsaftig, gleichzeitig schmelzig und sehr straff, mit präsenter Säure, pflanzlichen Noten und kühler Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, erst ziemlich pikant, gewinnt mit Luft aber an Schmelz, wirkt auch ruhiger, kräftig, mit gewisser Tiefe und sehr guter Struktur, wirkt trockener als er ist, langer, feinfruchtiger und wieder mineralischer Abgang.
