Nutty, spicy oak on the nose, yellow and green fruit, some bell peppers, partly dried herbs, floral traces, smoky traces and prominent mineral notes. Ripe, fairly firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, more nutty, smoky oak, hint of bacon, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, elegant bite and grip, persistent, chalky notes in the background, light peppery spice, good substance and some depth, prominent mineral notes, good grip and substance, very good, firm finish. Has improved significantly in recent months.

Editor note: Light oak and floral notes on the nose, prominent buttery notes, pomaceous fruit, pulses, earthy and vegetal notes. Ripe, fairly soft and creamy, restrained fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, buttery aromas, delicate vegetal and floral traces, earthy and mineral notes, salty traces, some white pepper in the background, good substance and persistence, elegant spicy notes, some depth, very good, fairly juicy finish.
