Translate to English Fester, kräuterig-pflanzlicher, pilziger und rauchiger Duft mit hefigen Aromen, Kernobst, Zitrusfrüchten und ein wenig dunklen Beeren sowie leicht an Roggenbrot erinnernden Noten. Herbe, recht saftige, straffe Frucht, lebendige Säure und Griff, Kräuternoten, Champignons, eine Spur Rauch und wieder an Roggenbrot erinnernde Hefetöne, feines Mousseux, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas Tiefe, kreidig-kalkige Nuancen im Hintergrund, ein Hauch Zitrusschale, weiniger Typ, sehr guter, saftiger, hefiger und kräuterig-pflanzlicher Abgang mit Haselnusstönen.
