2018 trocken "Blanc de Noir", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Astringent, quite clearly vegetable and slightly nutty fragrance with restrained, light yellow fruity notes, a little minerality and hinted at pepper. Yellow fruity, but also a hint of red berries in the mouth, lively, fine acidity and some grip, not completely dry, good persistence, fresh vegetable notes, a little bit like cucumber, again mineral and peppery tones, persistent, good to very good finish
