2017 Großwallstadt Chardonnay Ortswein trocken "Kirchenstück", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Nutty nose, partly preserved yellow fruit, vegetal, floral and yeasty notes, touch of oak. Ripe, bone dry, creamy fruit on the palate, partly candied, some yellow spice, touch of nutty oak, elegant acidity, hint of bacon, light earthy and salty notes in the background, good to very good finish.
