2021 Wagram DAC Ried Goldberg Roter Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and hinted at peppery pome and stone fruit scents with white fruity notes, a touch of lichen, wax and bacon. Youthful, delicately sweet fruit with slightly black berry notes, lively, almost present acidity, citrus zest and pepper again in the background, delicate grip, some persistence, hints of salt, good to very good finish with a hint of apricot.
