Tart, herbal to slightly peppery nose with bright, rather cool yellow fruity notes. Slightly sweet-melting, again bright, relatively juicy fruit, fine herbal-herbal spiciness and a little white pepper, good persistence, cool and warm elements, mineral nuances, hints of yellow spiciness in the background, delicately nutty, salty minerality, a hint of smoke, good to very good finish. Has developed very well.
