Very slightly reductive, muted, a touch nutty and a little dried-vegetable scent with restrained, rather tart yellow-fruity notes, hints of celery, nuts and ethereal-herbal traces. Sweet fruit with tart herbaceous-herbal spiciness, fine acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, light mineral tones on the palate, slightly warm but again also cooling ethereal elements, a hint of wax, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
