2020 Neusiedlersee DAC Ried Heideboden Zweigelt trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Clear, tart, relatively cool nose of mixed berries with a hint of cherries and dried planty to tobacco nuances. Tart also in the mouth, relatively dark fruit with nutty and a little smoky notes, slightly drying tannin, some persistence, medium power, a hint of salt in the background, hints of pepper, good to very good, tart, again slightly drying finish with chocolate and vegetal nuances.
