2016 Hattenheim Hassel Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Cool nose, herbaceous and floral notes, citrus, pomaceous and stone fruit, some mushrooms, vegetal and earthy notes, touch of almond flowers and yellow spice. Slightly muted fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal notes and yellow spice, floral traces, elegant, fairly lively acidity, light tannic grip in the background, hint of red berries, good persistence, stil slightly muted, very good, fairly polished, slightly sweetish finish with floral traces.
