2015 Spätburgunder trocken Daniel, Rheingau, Germany

Cool, tart nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes,hint of sage, red and black berries, nutty, earthy and yeasty traces. Straightforward cool, delicately tart red and some black fruit on the palate, still slightly yeasty, some nutty oak, fine sandy tannins, light bite, fairly persistent, salty traces, hint of citrus fruit, good, delicately smoky finish.
