2015 Hattenheim Nußbrunnen Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Nose still restless, slightly yeasty, herbaceous notes, partly candied citrus and stone fruit, hint of pineapple, floral traces, nuts and light mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, cool, polished fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, persistent, deep and fairly concentrated, prominent mineral notes, hint of tobacco, firm structure, some depth, floral traces, hint of dark berries, opens up tremendously with aeration, very good tart, gripping finish.
