Im Mund zart weinig und eher neutral, ganz leicht bitterlich, kräftig schäumend, sauber und sorgfältig versektet, trocken, ist in seiner unauffälligen, dabei recht eleganten Art eine sehr gute Wahl für viele Anlässe, ordentlicher Abgang.
