Firm, rather tart and quite cool, slightly yeasty bouquet with rather light citrus aromas, some stone fruit and a hint of dark berries, herbal-vegetable nuances, hints of almonds and clear minerality. Firm also in the mouth, rather bright fruit, yeasty and slightly herbal-vegetable notes, also a hint of floral, fine, ripe acidity, has grip, hints of dark spice in the background, almost a little peppery, certain depth, still undeveloped, delicate sweetness, very good, firm finish. Needs to mature a little more.
