Firm and quite deep, relatively cool bouquet with bright yellow fruity aromas, yeasty notes, a hint of seaweed, mushrooms and hints of dark fruits. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, delicate smoky and yeasty hints, a hint of herbs, also dark berries in the background, persistent, certain depth, quite distinct minerality, delicate waxy hints, hints of sage, very good, again sweetish finish.
