Tart, almost cool, rather bright bouquet with fine planty and yellow fruity notes, a hint of yeast, smoky nuances and a certain minerality. Firm, clear, juicy bright fruit, yeasty and clear, again bright mineral notes, lively, fine acidity, lasting on the palate, moderate, very delicately sweet melting, smoky traces, hints of herbaceous-vegetable in the background, certain depth, very good, firm, tart-juicy and quite mineral finish
