Rather firm, rather tart, somewhat planty and still hinted at yeasty fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity and slightly smoky aromas. Slightly sweet, juicy, almost cool fruit with lively acidity, herbal and planty notes and again a hint of smoke, good persistence, yeasty traces, minerality in the background, a little candy on the palate, quite clear, bright, salty-chalky minerality, some depth, very good, firm, again slightly sweetish finish with bite and some tannin grip
