Firm, fairly tart nose, citrus and stone fruit aromas, yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, touch of yellow spice, hint of white pepper. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal aromas, touch of yellow spice, yeasty and peppery traces, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, still undeveloped, good depth, some grip, hint of black berries on a very good finish.
