Firm nose, yeasty anddelicate nutty notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained yellow fruit, prominent earthy andchalky mineral notes. Firm, fairly tart fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light floral traces, intense chalky mineral notes, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, still young, some depth, hint of tobacco, very good, firm finish. Still needs some time to mature.
