Fairly cool, tart nose, light yeasty notes, restrained, light yellow fruit, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes in the background. Fairly light fruit again on the palate, yeasty notes, light vegetal notes and floral traces, fairly elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, hint of bacon and mushrooms in the background, fairly persistent, still slightly muted, earthy and chalky mineral notes, elegant style, and becomes more elegant with aeration, still has prominent yeasty notes on a good to very good, tart finish.
