Cool nose, citrus and stone fruit, herbaceous and delicate yeasty notes, unusual combination of bacon and mineral notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal aromas, yeasty and floral traces, lively, elegant acidity, slightly muted, hint of limes, good persistence, very delicately sweet with some sugar candy, light earthy and mineral notes, good to very good grippy finish.
