2011 Forst Pechstein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Quite firm, cool citrus-stone fruit scent with herbal and very slightly floral aromas, still delicately yeasty tones and minerality. Tight, relatively bright, juicy fruit with noticeable acid bite and some sweetness, chalky, salty and slightly herbal-vegetable notes, some grip of ripe tannin, nutty traces, lasting, also dark mineral tones in the background, good depth, very good, firm, juicy finish with a lot of bite.
