Developed, quite firm aroma of ripe pears and a little toasted pine nuts with notes reminiscent of root vegetables. Firm, juicy, somewhat ripe fruit, taut acidity, a little acacia honey and nutty notes, again also reminiscent of pine nuts, delicate sweetness, smoky traces, clear, tart minerality, a hint of herbs, lots of grip, lasting, certain power and depth, amazingly gripping in the firm, juicy, again very mineral finish. Still first-class.

Editor note: Firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit, herbs and prominent mineral notes. Full-bodied, concentrated, ripe, sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some sugar candy, slightly smoky mineral notes, powerful, creamy, also vibrant with some bite, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good depth, still fresh and almost youthful, tremendous minerality and a sweetish touch on a very good, firm, fairly juicy finish.
