Herb, vegetable nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, yeasty nuances, and a certain minerality. Rather bright, sweet-sour, relatively cool fruit, fine, lively acidity, moderate grip, plant-like to slightly herbal aromas, good sustainability, in the background minerality, slightly phenolic tones, very good, again slightly sweet finish with bite.
