Firmly structured, cool, finely juicy, bright fruit, delicate, fresh plant spiciness, lively, very polished acidity, persistent on the palate, delicate melt and at the same time plenty of tension, intense minerality, good depth, some grip, still completely undeveloped, long, finely juicy, polished, complex finish with a lot of pull and finest juice.
