2016 Rauenthal Riesling Estate, Rheingau, Germany

Nose still slightly muted, delicate yeasty traces, resrained yellow fruit, floral and prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, cool, dry fruit on the palate, fairly firm, elegant acidity, yeasty and cool vegetal notes, prominent mineral note,s light grip, still largely undeveloped, opens up with aeration, good to very good tart, firm finish.
