Translate to English Fester, komplexer und recht tiefer, etwas vegetabiler und noch eine Spur hefiger Duft nach Stein- und Kernobst mit vor allem an angetrocknete Orangen erinnernden Zitrusaromen sowie zart nussigen bis altholzigen Noten und viel mineralischer Würze. Kühle, geschliffene, herb-saftige Frucht, pflanzliche, hefige und hell-nussige Töne, präsente Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas nussig-altholzig, hat Biss, deutliche, salzige Mineralik, eleganter Stil, dabei ausgesprochen fest, hefige Noten im Hintergrund, ein Hauch Kandis, ausgezeichnete Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit kühlem Saft viel Zug. Erstklassig.
