2010 Rüdesheim Brut, Rheingau, Germany

Frm, fairly deep and complex nose, yeasty, nutty and herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice. Ripe, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent floral and light yeasty notes, fine mousse, nutty aromas, delicate hint of tobacco, persistent, good grip and substance, has depth, hint of mushrooms in the background, hint of red berries, still young, quite complex, hint of bacon, very good elegant, juicy, compley finish. Great wine.
