Translate to English Kühler und recht feiner, hefiger und getrocknet-vegetabiler Duft mit zurückhaltenden Zitrus- und Kernobstnoten sowie mineralischen Anklängen. Ziemlich nussig und etwas holzig im Mund, buttrige und bitterschokoladige Töne, dazu pflanzliche und gelbfruchtige Aromen, noch deutliche Hefe, sehr feines, lebendiges Mousseux, etwas Gerbstoff, rauchig-röstige Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, Substanz und gewisse Tiefe, zart süßlicher Schmelz, aber auch Griff, sehr guter Abgang mit mineralischen Anklängen. Wirkt fast noch zu jung.
