2001 Rauenthal Nonnenberg Riesling Auslese, Rheingau, Germany

Attractive notes of herbs and spices and minerals, apples and peaches with notes of black berries, a touch of honey and liquorice. Pure sweet fruit with elegant herbs and spices, playful acidity, very obvious, elegantly proportioned minerals and spice on the palate, very persistent, complex, elegant honey aromas on a very long finish.
