2000 Rüdesheim Bischofsberg Riesling Eiswein, Rheingau, Germany

Roasted, toasty aroma of peach and apricot preserves, with a very slight mushroomy note. Concentrated, creamy fruit, caramel, and again toasty notes, lively acidity, on the palate more spice than fruit, good, but not exceptional persistence, finish has caramel, spice and honey notes.
