1999 Rüdesheim Berg Rottland Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel, Rheingau, Germany

Restrained bouquet of candied peaches, pineapple and some wax. Crystal clear, sweet, elegantly juicy fruit, filigree acidity, racy and persistent on the palate, excellent structure, light and elegant and yet with great presence, prefect balance, still extremely young, very long finish.
