Süßliche, noch jugendliche Frucht mit apfeligen und hefigen Aromen, lebendige Säure, etwas Kohlensäure, angedeuteter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Noten im ordentlichen, leicht gedeckten, wieder süßlichen Abgang.
