Relatively bright, cool, still a hint of yeasty citrus-stone fruit scent with herbal-vegetable and floral nuances. Clear, quite firm, bright, quite dry and yet also juicy fruit, yeasty hints, very fine acidity and moderate grip, chalky-salty minerality, good substance and persistence, very delicate smoky and tobacco nuances in the background, tones reminiscent of salt lemon, has substance and a certain depth, still little developed, elegant style, very good, firm, fine-juicy and grippy finish with lots of bright minerality.
