Golden yellow. Quite firm, floral, somewhat herbal, mushroomy and hints of smoky scent of mellow yellow fruits with slightly ethereal notes and nuances reminiscent of resin. Young, tightly knit, somewhat floral-perfumed fruit with a hint of candy, undergrowth and wasabi, lively, almost a little lemony acidity, crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, has power and a certain warmth, clearly salty minerality, very good, again slightly warm finish reminiscent of lavender.
