Firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, reminiscent of candied radish, partly preserved yellow fruit aromas, hint of mustard gherkin and floral traces. Very sweet fruit on the palate, tremendous acidity, vegetal notes, hint of root vegetables, good substance and persistence, herbaceous and floral traces, salty notes in the background, some depth, light grip, very good, firm finish dominated by acidity.
