Dried vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, light nutty and yeasty notes, yellow fruit aromas, hint of black berries, ethereal and floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Yellow fruit on the palate, tart vegetal and earthy notes, fairly prominent acidity, prominent tannins, still slightly muted and astringent, touch of yellow spice, earthy and salty notes in the background, still slightly rough and totally unapproachable, dried herbs and smoky traces, very good finish, but still slightly austere. Needs time to mature.
